How much does shipping cost? Most orders cost $8.95 for USPS Priority Mail shipping. Feeder and supply orders over $100 ship for free! We also have UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air as an option, which varies in price depending on order size and delivery location. 

When will my order ship? Most orders ship same day, if placed before 12 pm EST, or next day Monday-Friday. We know how important it is to have a fast and reliable source for your pets food, so we do everything we can to fulfill your order as soon as possible! 

When will I receive my order? Once shipped most orders take 2-3 business days for delivery. USPS will deliver on Saturday whereas UPS will only deliver Monday-Friday. Delays can happen so please order ahead of time when possible. *Please note carriers are experiencing delays and are no longer guaranteeing delivery dates and neither do we. However, we always honor our live arrival guarantee even if there are delays by the carriers. 

Do we ship year-round? Yes, we use heat packs and cold packs when needed and have had great success with our packing methods. We also have a live arrival guarantee in case anything would go wrong.

How much does shipping cost for live reptiles? Shipping is a flat rate of $49.99 for FedEx Priority Overnight for up to three reptiles. This includes everything from packaging fees to the shipping cost, providing the safest and fastest way to deliver right to your door!
