USPS orders will only ship on Monday the 22nd and Monday the 29th. Please use UPS or FedEx at checkout if you would like your order shipped Monday or Tuesday. Most orders placed Wednesday through Friday will ship the following Monday to avoid issues and delays during peak shipping days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are based on which carrier you select, but start at $9.95. Orders over $100 ship for free with a few exceptions which include size and/or weight of the order. UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, and FedEx 2Day shipping options are also available, and prices vary based on order size and delivery location.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship the same day if placed before 12 pm EST, or will ship the next day Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 12 pm on Fridays and the weekend will ship on Monday. We know how important it is to have a fast and reliable source of food for your pets, so we will do everything we can to fulfill your order as soon as possible!

When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, most orders take 2-3 business days to deliver. UPS delivers only Monday-Friday while USPS will deliver Monday-Saturday. Delays are possible through carriers so please order ahead of time when possible. *Please note carriers do experience delays and do not guarantee delivery dates and neither do we. However, we always honor our live arrival guarantee even if there are delays by the carriers.

How much does shipping cost for live reptiles?

Shipping is a flat rate of $49.99 for FedEx Priority Overnight for up to three reptiles. This includes everything from packaging fees to the shipping cost, providing the safest and fastest way to deliver right to your door!

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do not ship live animals outside of the United States.

Holding for Pickup?

We offer an option for USPS to have your package held at your postal delivery center. The tracking number you receive will update when it is available for pickup. This is recommended for areas experiencing very hot/cold temperatures as live animals are at risk of overheating and freezing if exposed to those conditions for too long. We want to ensure your live order has the best survival rate possible in transit!

UPS Next Day Air shipping?

When you select this option your order will ship and be delivered to you the next day for a higher cost of shipping. However, if you select this option on Friday, your order will not be delivered to you until Monday, as there is no delivery for this option on the weekend.

Why is my order delayed?
 
There are often times when carriers may experience delays, which may affect the arrival time of your order. This can be due to seasonal weather conditions, most notably in the winter months, natural disasters such as hurricanes or flooding, or other small issues having to do with the carriers themselves. Most orders arrive on time and even delayed orders typically arrive alive with no issues. *Please note that during extremely cold weather, we may delay the shipping of your order until a safer and more satisfactory date to ensure that your order has a better chance of survival during transit. We will notify you if this happens.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Do you have a Live Arrival Guarantee?

Yes we do! As long as you bring your package in right away and have it held for pickup if your high is above 85 degrees or below 35 degrees. If you have any issues with your order please email us upon receiving it and our customer service team will resolve it for you. Please see our terms and agreements at checkout for more information.

What happens if my order arrives damaged/dead?

We recommend allowing at least 6-8 hours of recovery time for live products once the order has been received and opened. If there is still no recovery or only a partial recovery, we ask that you take a picture of the affected live product and send it to us via email and a customer service representative will contact you to resolve the issue. If the order you have received is damaged, please take a picture of the box or product that is damaged and follow the same instructions stated above.

Do we ship year-round?

Yes, we ship all year round! We use heat packs and cold packs when necessary to ensure survival of the live orders, and have had great success with our packing methods! If anything were to go wrong with the order, we do honor our live arrival guarantee.

How do I make an account on reptilianarts.com?

On the homepage, click the person icon located next to the search bar, then click create account. Enter your preferred email, then enter the 6-digit code sent to your email, and your new account will be created.

How do I access/manage my subscriptions?

On the homepage, click the person icon located next to the search bar, and log in to your account. On this page, click the subscriptions tab on top. From here, you can see all of your active and inactive subscriptions. Each subscription will have the option on it to deactive or reactive depending. You can also adjust the frequency of the subcription from this page as well. The tabs on the right will allow you to see what/when your next orders are and what you recently received.

How do I use my reward points? 


On the homepage, click the person icon located next to the search bar, and log in to your account. On this page, click the credits tab on top.That will take you to your rewards page. All your credits will be displayed here as well as how you earned them along with your total balance and information. You use the black slider bar to select how many points to redeem. This will then generate a discount code to be used for a future purchase. You will receive $1 for every 100 points redeemed. This code cannot be combined with your discounted subscription order but you can make a separate manual order and redeem it towards that.
